1   The consultation is Free
White gold. aquamarine  and diamond pendant.	Our qualified and experience designer will discuss your requirements with you. You may have an idea of what you are looking for, in which case we’ll do an outline drawing to confirm that we’re thinking along the same lines. If you’re looking for inspiration, our designer can sketch ideas during your visit and show you some examples of previous CAD designs and finished pieces. This process helps to hone & clarify choices. From this information, our designers are able to produced finished jewellery designs to be approved at the next stage. At this point the only cost is the design fee of £125. This fee is redeemed from cost of the finished piece. You then go on to the next exciting stage.

Trends   Our awareness of current trends & colours within the broader fields of the fashion industry means that we can create very contemporary pieces, if desired. The use of complimentary & up-to-the-minute colours can add even more dynamism to any design. 2 Choice...change the colour... explore the options

At this stage, we will have designs for you to see in photo-realistic form on a LCD screen. You can view the jewellery design from every conceivable angle and in very close detail.You’ll be amazed how closely these virtual pictures will match the finished piece. You can even change the design, from gold to platinum, to help you decide which metal to choose. Right: is a virtual design of a pair of diamond cufflinks ready for approval

Total involvement

Any diamonds or precious gem stones are selected at this stage, normally from a range of loose stones, which we will have selected, to specifically fit your brief and budget. You will really enjoy this bit! It’s fascinating and you get a feeling of total involvement. We also finalise the type of materials to be used at this stage. Once you’re happy with the designs and the costings, we ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit. Your bespoke piece will then move forward to Step 3, to be created in our studio workshop.

3    It’s READY !
	Once your commission is ready, you can collect it in person, or we can mail it to you by special delivery. We can promise you our utmost discretion in the case of surprise gifts. We can also supply you with a valuation for insurance, along with your receipt. Complete satisfaction
	We want you to be completely satisfied with your finished commission and any minor alterations or adjustments are all part of the service, to ensure complete satisfaction. We hope you’ll return for future masterpieces!
