This works really well, for those people who can't make a visit in person. Contact us, to describe the jewellery that you're looking for. For a design fee of £125, we will produce some photo-realistic, computer aided designs and e-mail a choice to you; complete with all the price details and possible options. The design fee, is deducted from the final cost of the commission. This is a great way to enable you to give very special jewellery. You don't have to interupt a busy schedule or have the inconvenience of travel. It can also help to maintain confidentiality and the element of surprise, often needed with a gift. How to use our e-design service

First step. Send us an email

E-mail us, outlining what you’re after (click on the link top right hand corner). It’s useful for us to know when your jewellery is needed for and what sort of budget you have in mind. We will get back to you, in most cases, on the same day. Don’t forget your contact details and a time when it would be convenient to contact you.

Second step. Speak to us by phone

Speaking to you enables us to quickly establish your exact needs. Based on this and your e-mail, we usually e-mail you initial pencil sketches, to determine if we’re on the right lines. The sketch will include an estimate and time lines for your commission. We charge £125 for this, which is deducted from the final price of the item.

Third step. Confirm the design

Once we know what you want, we will design your commission.  You will receive photo-real illustrations, for you approval, (like the ones you see on this page.) If you’re happy with the design and wish to proceed, we ask you to pay one third of the total cost. We accept all types of card payment. Your commission will then be started.

Commissions usually take about four weeks. We will contact you via e-mail or phone when your jewellery is completed. Once your final balance is paid, your commission will be dispatched to you be insured registered post.
