Commissioned Items
All that's required for Our Life time Guarantee to remain valid is that you allow Sherry Jewellery to inspect your purchase twice in the first year. Then once every 12 months thereafter. It will receive a free clean and polish. The guarantee does not cover wear and tear. Any work required with regard to wear and tear should be carried out within 14 days for the guarantee to remain valid. We guarantee all of our merchandise against original manufacturing defect. The only exception of the life time guarantee is to any customer-specified designs that may have inherent insecure settings, such as tension setting. In these cases, the guarantees would be discussed at time of manufacture. All of our precious metals are guaranteed purity in accordance with hallmarking standard. Our loose diamonds are only sourced from trusted suppliers who adhere to the Kimberly process most are graded to HRD standard (European standard) or HRD certificated or GIA certificated (American Standard).
Stock Items
There are occasionally some items, where it is not possible to offer our life time guarantee. In these cases (made clear at point of purchase) items are guaranteed for 12 months.
